Ticket Refund Policy

All badge and ticket sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted except as set forth below and at MIFF’s sole discretion.

If a screening becomes unavailable due to technical or other reasons, individual ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price and package holders will be able to select a replacement screening.
If the in-person portion of the Festival is canceled, attendees who purchased a badge or ticket will receive a refund of the badge or ticket price. Attendees with single film tickets can receive a refund of the ticket price.
If the entire Festival is postponed or canceled, all badge and ticket holders will receive a refund of the product price.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card account used to make the purchase. Please note that payment processing fees will not be refunded.
